Virtual sessions offer the same benefit except for the experience of the direct vibrations on the physical body. It will work directly with your energetic body which will result in physical relief and release. Tuning Forks offer a very gentle, yet powerful harmonic sound to treat the mind, body, soul and restore inner balance and health. They work with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. It is deeply relaxing and restorative and can offer long-term benefits. Their harmonic frequencies are believed to stimulate qi or chi, encouraging the body's energy to flow naturally. Striking a tuning fork, then holding it against an area that feels tense or painful is believed to help relieve symptoms. Tuning forks can also stimulate mental energy, help to change perspective and heighten self-awareness. Tuning fork vibrations are also known to assist in the release of negative thoughts or emotions. Among the many benefits, they also help with anxiety, depression and low-energy. You will discover which energy center is blocked and the emotion related to it. Cancellation Policy

Please book your class/session at least 24 hours in advance. Our studio does not formally accept walk-ins at this time. To ensure your registration is seen and acknowledged by our instructors we'll send you a personal check-in message an hour before class to reconfirm your status. All cancellations made within an hour before a class/appointment begins will not be refunded. Instead, they can be applied to another time or saved as a credit against your account for rescheduling. Refunds are only permitted if cancellations are made at least 2 hours or more in advance. Optional refunds are offered if the studio cancels a class for any sudden reason within an hour before the session.
