Service Description

Women's yoga is described to enable one to experience a sense of wholeness, presence and peace. It also helps to gain flexibility, improve balance, tone muscles and even lose weight. ID REQUIRED FOR GEORGIA SOUTHERN STUDENT

Cancellation Policy

Please book your class/session at least 24 hours in advance. Our studio does not formally accept walk-ins at this time. To ensure your registration is seen and acknowledged by our instructors we'll send you a personal check-in message an hour before class to reconfirm your status. All cancellations made within an hour before a class/appointment begins will not be refunded. Instead, they can be applied to another time or saved as a credit against your account for rescheduling. Refunds are only permitted if cancellations are made at least 2 hours or more in advance. Optional refunds are offered if the studio cancels a class for any sudden reason within an hour before the session.
