We Bee Well

We Bee Well is a heart chakra workshop. We'll open our hearts to healing together and learn ways to keep the flow of the heart chakra in a healthy balance. Through holistic practices like heart-opener yoga, somatic therapy, guided meditation, and sound bath frequencies; we'll discover the things holding us back from experiencing divine love. Together, we'll leave this experience knowing the love we each deserve and owning new ways of giving it to ourselves.
