Find stillness in every breath and peace in every pose. Become aware of the present moment. You'll gracefully move through poses, synchronized with intentional breath. Cultivate a deep connection between mind and body, leaving stress behind and embracing the serenity within each moment. Cancellation Policy

Please book your class/session at least 24 hours in advance. Our studio does not formally accept walk-ins at this time. To ensure your registration is seen and acknowledged by our instructors we'll send you a personal check-in message an hour before class to reconfirm your status. All cancellations made within an hour before a class/appointment begins will not be refunded. Instead, they can be applied to another time or saved as a credit against your account for rescheduling. Refunds are only permitted if cancellations are made at least 2 hours or more in advance. Optional refunds are offered if the studio cancels a class for any sudden reason within an hour before the session.
